I went to Angel Witch Last night at about 11:30 PM.... The place was pretty empty... but they had some better looking girls on stage than what i have seen in Thailand till date... Any way sat... a large mama san with frizzy hair came and took my order and soon there was bottle of beer in front of me... The music was good.. the atmosphere nice.... the girls were not too pushy... But then Soon I was having a bunch of roses thrust down upon me by mama san.. apparently she wanted me to buy them for 100 Bhat... no way...so told her will think about …. soon had some TG sitting next to me making polite conversation... and after I bought her a Drink she asked me if I wanted to ST her even long time her.. told her may be later... She moved away... Soon a dancer with buck teeth and a great body started making eye contact with me.... I tried to avoid looking at her but every time I looked in the general vicinity of the stage she would hover in my field of vision... any way Mama San then came and sat with me and give me a kiss !!!!! and then started making small conversation with me...She was nice in her own... but I was thirsty and getting the beer bottles knocked down and feeling horny... so I asked her for advice... she pointed out some average looking girls and said ST 1500 Bhat and Bar fine 500 Bhat... And then she pointed out some lookers and said 5000 Bhat and Bar fine.... Holy shit....during this conversation she asked if I would bye her drink and I said yes(I was pretty High)... and then the whole place seemed to erupt with cheers !!!!! Any way this Bucked teethed dancer from stage comes up and makes this lewd pumping motions with her hips... she did have a great body but the face put me off... Mamasan said take her ... I said let me think.... And then both moved away . About ten minutes latter a great looking TG came and sat next to me…. She was a looker .. She had a great body a very pleasant beautiful face and had blond hair.. she told me she was a hostess and wanted 3500 bhat for long term ! I said yes... Was SO horny by this time .. paid the bill some 850 bhat.... the bar fine and off we went to the Marriot...
She was a f_cking wash out... in the room she said i have bath then you do ... no common... i said ok.... then she comes and says the money... So a very pissing off experience... So in a nut shell great place to have drink .... but would never Bar fine any one from there... Plan to check out Mandarin and the Nana Disco tomorrow let us see how that goes....

What a terrible f_ck story. Too late, but my experience is that you pay no more than 1500 for long time... except maybe some "models" which I have never tried. BF = btwn 300 & 600. Most I ever spent was 600 on BF. And lastly, pay afterwards...! Try Soi 7 bar for Freelancers... 1000 B and no BF.... or Thermae Cafe same same. I have been in AW a couple of times. It appears to be trying to be upscale and more expensive than the rest at the plaza. I really enjoyed the shows, but never took any girl from there.

Mamasans who scam (roses, drinks, etc.)
Mamasans who talk price (talk to the girl and encourage free markets. Don't deal with a cartel.)
It's not suprising a girl out of that environment was a letdown. Better luck tonight.

Biggest tip-off of an unpleasant time is when they ask for money up-front; sure sign that LT will turn into ST due to suddenly remembered problems. Or ST will be most short. Iím taking a break from posting but I couldn't resist when I saw the AW mamasan being mentioned. She bothered me too and I didnít like it. This elderly lady likes to welcome you and try to get a drink from you. I have seen her work the place and she's really good at it. Sheís a friendly but conniving bitch. Got 2 drinks out of me (three visits), one time she tricked me and I just let it go. Best thing is trying to ignore her (in a friendly way).
The advice from this forum that I used (was it in this thread?... sorry lazzzzy); just go to AW for the show. Found the selection at Bottoms Up just as good. Had a nice BG, regular price and goooood attitude (incl BBBJ).

Made my first visit to AW last week and wasn't at all impressed. The all-red lighting scheme helps the girls and god do they ever need it- a few real saggy woofers mixed in with a few obvious katoeys and one girl with a ridiculous rhinoplasty. They barely dance at all and hardly bother to shuffle. The overall mood is one of a place that now only reads its own press clippings.
A few cuties but with hovering matrons blocking the view it's really hard to tell. Several mamasans were working the room rather hard while the dek serves could hardly be bothered to stand up.
They tag-teamed the punter sitting next to us and one of them was kind enough to sit with her back to me less than a foot away and flick her hair back, hitting me a dozen times in 5 minutes. Obsessive hair-flicking being a katoey trait I considered sucker-punching her/him/it then upgraded to a blindside bottling and finally just paid check bin and went elsewhere.
Didn't see a show, just a fat load of stupid and I bet this place is on the scrap heap in another six months. I won't go back. But if your mom was an alcoholic ex-prostitute this might be Home Sweet Home for you.
