Hollywood is mainly for local thais but it is also a famous pick-up place for asian punters like stardice in Pattaya.
About 60% of ladies at Hollywood are freelancers and after Hollywood they go to the seafood reastaurant just opposite of hollywood named bbu-kkoong-ppa-o.
The normal going rate is 2000 ~ 3000 for long time.
Dancers at Hollywood are happy to be seated at your table but expect much tips and drinks. You can take them out for P4P action if you offer reasonable money such as 12k for L/T. Few years back, one of my friend took one dancer out for 9K but he knew her a little and had tipped her few times before.
If you make your journey few times and tip a dancer who you want to take out then you can make a deal. If you are handsome they would be happy to stay with you for free. LOL;

It might be a dangerous assumption to assume all dancers at Hollywood are prostitutes. Be careful.

For the guy who said that 60% of the girls at Hollywood are part timers/FLs, I would ask what kinda crack are you smoking. Also the place you say they go to after to eat, is hardly a FL hang out.
If you are a Farang with that mindset, and think that all girls in some thai only place are p4p girls, you will only make an ass out of yourself. Don't go looking in Ratchada for p4p girls.
Work on building a portfolio of good and bad girls. Save the p4p for recreational purposes, meet some normal girls for your sanity.
As for Hollywood. I would ONLY go there if some thai girl wanted to take me. Going there as a Non-Thai, without any thai friends, YOU WILL stick out.
Drunken Tiger, you will probably like going to check out RCA. TONS of hot girls, but still you need to approach trying to score there a bit different then Normal Farang Hang outs. Adapt to your environment.
Also next time you are in BKK try meeting some normal girls that you see everywhere in BKK. You don't have to find them in a Bar or Club. Spend the next months trying to talk to some girls on ThailandFriends.com. Arrange to meet some good girls on your next trip. Let them show you around.

This is a ridiculous statement. Act on this at your peril. It would not surprise me in the least if security threw your ass out of the club for treating the girls there like they are hookers.
By no means are "60%" of the girls at Hollywood part timers or freelancers. There is no "going rate" for short time or long time there.
By no means do the girls who go to dance, drink, and have fun with their friends at Hollywood go to Ba Kung Pao across the street on Ratchada afterwards. It is too expensive.
After Hollywood closes, they go to an outside venue next to Hollywood, or they go across the soi to another nightclub that stays open late. Or they go home. Ratchada is typically packed, with bumper to bumper traffic, and crowds of kids trying to catch a taxi.
