As said many times before.... these agencies cater to a wide group of customers, including middle eastern or indian.
Even at 4,000 baht per 2 hours (the girls get probably only 2,000 baht out of that) it's a steal for lazy or shy people.... especially for foreign business men visiting Bangkok.
