Yes, you're confused. But I was pretty clear: Guido is the manager, Giotto is the owner. Simple as that.
If a BTF member wants to meet Giotto, they can simply ask for the owner.

Our main business is the hotel, that's the reason. If a customer brings in a girl from outside - that is his private decision.
We do NOT prefer guests to give preference to the girls in the Sports Lounge. We will NOT get involved in all that, the customer is free to do whatever he likes. There are many guys coming in to meet their regular BG/GF/Gig here in Bangkok. Others cannot find what they like in our Sports Lounge. All that belongs to the private life of a customer.

I guess that depends on what you think of as a normal bar fine – for the neighborhood they are in the Livingstones barfines are normal. Part of the reason I don’t frequent that neighborhood – but to each their own, I know some folks like that part of town.
If you do take three ladies from another location you'll end up paying more in lady drinks - so maybe you should just take two?
BTW: I heard Livingstones has a rather pleasant sent.

Let's clarify the barfine issue. Barfine is:
THB 1,500.00 until 11 pm,
THB 1,000.00 after 11 pm until the bar closes,
THB 700.00 after the bar closes.
Knowing about the discussions which will start now here the explanation for the last rule: Yes, the girls can have boyfriends and don't need to pay barfine for that. But if they meet a customer in our bar they even have to be barfined when the bar closes.
We hope that clarifies this issue.
