I've used the airport limo service a few times. They charged me 1200 baht for a ruturn I think. (check my trip reports to be sure). There are a couple of booths for them as soon as you clear immigration and enter into the public part of the airport. I have used them both early in the morning and late at night (arriving at about 7am, and also arriving at about 1am) and the booths were manned.
I cannot recall the name, but the used white Mercedes, so I think they will be pretty obvious.
It is more expensive than a taxi, but hassle free, and in the case of the 1am trip, I wanted to hit the town before the entertainement centers closed.

there are places to eat all up and down Suk road. Even the hotels are not so expensive, and you cag get western food if required.

How is that for irony? What does that reflect:
1. Thai quality
2. Conference members wanting to gurantee conferences in the future.
3. RTB getting too drunk and putting it on his big toe.
I going for #2, you may laugh, but I have work on an implant device that would allow deaf people to hear almost perfectly. Guess who compalined about this implant the most?
