UK Yorkie Many hotels have problems with getting VPN's setup to the rooms. Have you tried something like a Citix server software?

No can do, its my customers Watchguard client software that has to be used, with my key etc, it seems to use port thats blocked some were along the way

Its not a major problem unless something serious goes wrong at there end as they run a 24/7 business no system no goods out of the door, and as I wrote it all dreaming of banging BG's god knows what clitch could be in there some were

I've seen Daniel in Rainbow 3 and Angelwitch a couple of times.
I'm running WinXP but Internet access only works through the given proxy server on 8080, which is no good for normal email, let alone VPNs. (Watchguard or built-in Windows one).
I haven't pushed it because I haven't really needed it over the past couple of weeks but, as I'm a one-man company programmer with clients to support, it'd be nice to have everything like that working perfectly the next time I visit.

You'd think surely it wouldn't be that hard to set up a simple network, wouldn't you? A guest with a bit of knowledge could do it, surely, if he'd let them help. I suspect all you really need to do is set up the router correctly.

I had trouble last time I stayed but as it was only one night didn't bother much. This time no problem, I used XP Pro, could easily get my Email, access my Server and even tried to teach my TG how to play On Line Games (you had to be there!). All ok for the 3 days.

One word of warning to people wanting to book swiss grottino. It has gotten very popular and doesn't have alot of rooms. They did not have any rooms availble for any day during my 2 weeks in bangkok. If you want to stay there I would advise booking ahead. I tried to book only a few days in advance and they were always full.

Since Grottino is a discreet kinda place, is it suitable for a family stay or just a bunch of girlfriends looking to relax and do touristy stuff?

Family would be ok here, as girl scene is very descrete and I have been here nearly 3 weeks and not seen 2 many girls other than mine off course

No problems with the girl getting in your face. But for a family stay may guess is you may want some hotel facilities (pool and stuff) that this hotel do not provide.
