I always thought that people tried to engage their equals or superiors, and avoided wasting time with inferiors. Now, if you keep replying to someone that you consider an imbecile, what does that say about you? Who looks the imbecile?

Grand Millennium was a nice change of pace this trip as I was only minutes away from Soi Cowboy!
Not only that, they have a backdoor entrance coming in off of Soi 23 which avoids any walk of shame or passage in front of hotel staff. Given the selection of 'talent' by beer google impaired punters this is a noteworthy amentity that should be promoted in their marketing material.

I was staying at the beginning of my 2nd two week tour and the end. I did not take a lady back to the hotel for fear that my wife would find out at the end of our trip. No front door or back door for me.

Thaid Up: Did you get any of those promotional $30 rooms they've been giving away ? They've still got some some in Phuket, supposedly. EPC: I didn't realize it was all so lighthearted. That's better I guess. I like that kind of badinage a lot more than most, (it's only really fun in person IMO) but it's still completely asinine. If you guys want to bitch slap, poke each other in the eye, hit each other on the head with frying pans, and to go at each other like Mo, Larry, and Curley in general, (while making fart noises, of course), why don't you do it somewhere else on the forum instead of hijacking a frigging hotel thread ? wj

For the record, I never conducted these tours to make ends meet. Although I did pretty well, the income coming out of these tours was mere pocket money. My real income comes from other sources.
WJ, don't let EPC tell you it''s lighthearted. Even he's on ignore by Daffy and myself, he still makes stabs at us.
I guess he's either bored or getting severely senile.

I got two nights in the Grand Millennium for 1500 THB a night total (1000 THB already gone)
Last weekend stayed in the Cabanna Suite with attached jacuzzi to main pool in Patong for 2500 THB a night total. Great room and I can personally attest that the bathtub can hold 3 people.
the location of the Millennium was great connected to the big shopping/eating center, walking distance from night life and Patong beach and near door to the soo to be Bed Club being built there.
