After staying here for almost a week, let me say that I enjoyed my stay here and all of the positive comments about this hotel is true. Let me just point out a few negatives and positives.
Positive: Small hotel = extra attention. Waiting until I'm up and away from my room before trying to clean my room. And do so very quickly. Daniel was able to help me get connected to the Internet from my room.
Negative:
1). shower. the water drips instead of firing out water like most hotels. Could take a long time to get hot water as well.
2). the bed is a bit hard.
3). the noise is almost 24/7. And it is pretty bad. Some of it are the construction, some are from the parking lot next door.
4). walk of shame. If you're walking in from soi 17, there are construction workers/people almost around the clock watching you bring your girl in.
5). no phone system. Even though Daniel will allow you to borrow his phone, not having any phone system provides alot of inconveniences. No wake up call (or room clock). Having to walk downstairs to order any room service. If you have problems with a girl walking out, you would have to run and chase her down as you can't call down to the guard/front desk area.
Having said that, I would still stay here in the future. Hopefully, the constructions will be completed the next time I come back, and maybe some of these things will be added/fixed by then.

looks like the construction of the two buildings is almost over.
the immediate opposite doenst look like a big thing.
room phones will be soon.
btw.
the downstairs now has pooltable and about 10 girls, good average. this place can be a bew late night hangout.
I heard eople staying up to 5 or 6 am at times.

After drinking with RTB and Daniel at one of those "noctural, nomadic cafes" until almost 4 am one night,...er morning, I decided to go by the and take a look at the hotel. The next afternoon I stopped in and asked for Daniel, but was told he was a sleep. I asked to see a room and a Thai gentlemen said, "sure,
no problem," and lead me to the elevator. We went to one floor then another looking for a maid with a key. Did this twice then he asked me to wait for him on, I think, it was the 3rd floor, while he went for a key. Several people came and went, including two maids, but after several minutes I took the elevator down to the lobby and left the building. Maybe some other time.

I stayed there in September and the beginning of October. The first time it was 1500 and worth every bit of it. Sure the view was of Robinson's car park, but the sliding wooden window covering is a clever way to compensate. The lighting dimmers were nice, the privacy of a separate hallway was appreciated by my lady friends. Hardwood floors. Bath robes. All in all a much better room than what 1500 gets you at Majestic, but Majestic is nice too.
I liked the location too. Close to the subway (convenient access to Rachadapisek MPs) and skytrain. Close to soi cowboy and Robinson's. It was nice to explore some of the other places, like country road and after work instead of just the Nana blackhole.
With the 1 am closings, it was nice to walk back from the soi 4 area and look over the freelancers. Got a good score with a lady who was coming down from the pedestrian bridge. I asked to take her picture like I do all TGs and she asked if I wanted pictures of her smoking me. Ummm, yes! BJ and oily titty f***ing pictures in a stylish hotel room what luck!
The rates in October were 1700 which is where it may be too expensive for multiple nights, but if you're only stoping over in BKK, give it a try, it won't disappoint.

I'm from CA. I think after both of the constructions are done, this hotel will be even more attractive.
What's the deal with the ladies in the lobby ? There were a few ladies every night I pass by. But almost more guys hanging around the lobby than girls. So, I just moved on to other venues outside.
