I might also stock up on my way back to SG since one normally walks right past the 24-hour Family Mart to get to SG.

A good choice. I stayd there when they were brand new and had a very cheap opening offer.
Rooms are very nice (the girls love it), the location is perfect, and as said: It is very GF: Your own entrance with cardreader and a security guard that must have seen it all by now. No walk of shame there...
