I asked to reserve but still waiting for them to confirm my booking. It's been past 24 hours since I officially requested booking. Should I be scared they ran out of rooms? Should I look elsewhere? Or are they busy so I should wait?

Yes, all my emails have been directly to Daniel Winkler at swissgrottino@yahoo.com. Its been more than 2 days now that he has not gotten back to me with a hard confirmation of my reservation.
When you guys got a confirmation of your reservation, what was it? Was it a confirmation #? Or ?

I didn't get a reservation/confirmation number. Just an email from Mr Winkler saying that my reservation was set and ready to go. Of course I'm saving the email and intend on sending a courtesy email about a week before just to verify that things are still on the up n up.

No confirmation number, just an email from Mr. Winkler within 12 hours. May be you should email him again, just in case your email got lost, or accidentally deleted.
