I'm just looking for a clean, newer, and well priced hotel. I like the idea of a tub for taking bubble baths with the girls, but last trip I only did that once. Mainly because the water coming out of Majestic's tap seemed a little dirty.. lol

Right around the corner from the Grottino is where I bring my laundry. Economical, fast and the clothes come out clean and smell fantastic. Plus, I like looking at the adorable, sweet girl that owns the shop and does all the work there.  She is worth patronizing.
The shop is on Soi 19 right next to the Dee Beauty Salon, which is on the block next to Robinson car park, look for the small "laundry" sign.

This is the laundry under the apartment, just slight behind the Travel Agency?? As you walk in you have the stairs on your right, and alittle walk-way to your left, her laundry shop is just there on your left??

And I'm sure she's also impressed with that Colorado Rockies jersey that comes into her every other day smelling like a different girl than the last time. 
She has translated things for me, made phone calls for me, no problem. I bring her a present from Amereka each time I come to Bangkok.

Just a friendly warning, I stayed once again in SG last week and I believe they have changed there ISP to TRUE (could not confirm this as I didn't see Daniel after I discovered this) !!
Now easier to log on (Before Daniel had to give you a proxy etc) but like anybody using TRUE strange thing happen when you log on, I logged on and became Root Rat!!! No I didn't post for him!
BTW, still a great place to stay!

Stayed here last Friday for the first time, very comfortable, friendly atmosphere and good value, took a long time to find such a hotel in Bangkok, always ended up in shitholes, as only use Bangkok as a stopover..
