I recently stayed at the Grottino, the place is fantastic. The rooms are really nice, everything is modern and new and the internet connection is fast. The best part about this place (guest friendly, nice rooms, great rates, etc aside) is the service you get. From house keeping all the way up to the Management, they will do everything they can to make sure you are 100% comfortable and all your needs are taken care of...
Room too loud? No problem, move you to another room.
Can't connect with your laptop? No problem, call in a Network engineer specialist.
Want to sleep in? No problem, housekeeping on staff until 6:30PM
Great place, fantastic service, I cant wait to stay there again.

Ijust made the switch, no more Manhattan. It's hard giving up that fantastic breakfast buffet, and the baht880 room for 2 (which did just go up), but I did it. I booked here for my trip in September. Daniel responded in a very fast manner to all my emails, and the confirmation was just that. An email that simply says "you are confirmed".

This is highly recommended! When I tried to find the place, I had no luck even after stopping by the 7-11, Mini mart and Robinson security guards. Finally, I grabbed my luggage and dragged it to Heaven Massage and asked the nice ladies there to use their phone to call BK to find out where it was. The ladies at Heaven Massage said they had rooms there I could stay at (just think...a MP with overnight rooms! - I would never even leave the place!!!).
But the Grottino was much nicer!

The eagle has landed.
I like the room - just had the breakfast and the bread was awesome ! The room reminds me of the boutique hotels in San Francisco - nice layout - very good design -very girl friendly. I like the fact that you can close the slidding shudder and have total darkness.
Bed is very comfortable.

If you save the map as a file, then using a graphics program like Photoshop (or any other similar program), you can reverse the shades so that black prints white, and white prints black.
In Photoshop, select Image, Adjust, Invert.
