Gentlemen, last year I was guided to an lingerie bar/lounge where the ladies was wearing sexy lingerie and see thru dresses.
My problem is that I can't remember the soi (it was off sukumvit) and the name of the bar.
Anyone have any idea? And maybe some about the guidelines for these places, prices etc.

I think you are referring to Counter 39, which is located in a sub-soi just before Soi 39. It is on the 3rd level above a Thai restaurant, Baan Mookda.
Drinks are about 200-250 B. girls drinks about the same.
ST = 2, 000 B, LT = 3, 000 B. Supposedly, all in. I asked about tip, they said, "up to you".
Closed on Sundays.

better buy a membership there it is thb 15.000 for 3 bottles of spirit plus 5 takeaways/barfines for the ladies. mind you prices for the girls are included in the barfines, usually they only go ST.
place is frequented by asians mainly about 97%, typical jap, korean and also thai office workers, so expect some odd looks as a farang in there!
girls quality is average, some lookers, generally older than in gogo's but very quiet and relaxed atmosphere also for just having a drink with buddies.

The last time I was there, there were some Singaporeans, Japanese and farang.
Griffin, 15, 000B??? When did the price change? I was there just last month and the mamasan told me 10, 000 B, 3 bottles of Chivas or Black and 4 barfines, they didn't specify ST or LT though.

If you prefer beer, you can change them at a ratio of 1 Bottle of whiskey to 8 bottles of beers. In other words, you get
24 beers : 4 STs
32 beers : 3 STs
Membership is for 1 year (sounds more like one night, if you get a group of 4 horny guys!), and you get 20% discount on drinks and food.
BTW, beer is 300 B!

must have been the old price then for 5 bf and 3 bottles. I bought that membership about 12 months ago but hardly didn't use it. looks like they've changed it slightly or I was awarded a farang surcharge!
