Just off Nawamin Road, near the Immortal restaurant/club intersection.
Stopped by last night for the first time. Run by the same people who own Galaxy Bangsaan, has been open for about a month. Forte - Sorprano House type club with a fairly nice short time motel next door owned by the same people. The rooms are 300 Baht an hour and up. Lady drinks are 260 each as I recall with the three different classes of girls being coyotes (dancers), PRs, and Pretties. Coyotes dressed skimpily: 3 drinks per 40 minutes, PRs in black: 2 drinks per 40 minutes, pretties in white dresses: 2-3 drinks, don't recall. Good food, decent music. Dinner with friend and 3 girls for about 3 hours, beer only didn't open a bottle, total damage: 12,300 Baht, tips not included. Full service available -we opted out though as we had just finished an afternoon at Long Beach-, as noted by the nudge nudge wink wink motel next door, just ask the mamasans who are working and who leaning towards working.

I went to Tapas the Girl bought me a coke she think I was cute took her home. Damage 20 THB for condom and 100 THB for Tapas she had her own car. I was to be spending 12 000 on some girl she better be sucking me for the rest of the week but if you have the money why not thats why the clubs are there.

So weird how races differ when it comes to amusement and spending money. For $300 I want a 4 course meal in a 3 star (Michelin) restaurant and a marathon shag with 2 Elite super models.
This is by no means a racial slur, I am just interested in why you would settle for a meal (in a night club of all places) and a chat with a pretty girl. Every time my (Asian) colleagues take me to piano, I am baffled by the amount of money they spend for nothing (at least in my western eyes it's nothing).

have to agree i'd rather stay home a have a wank than spend 300 in that manner.

Always surprises me, as general income of middle and upper-middle classes in Asian countries (if they even have a middle class) is far below Western incomes, yet we see them outspend the Westerner. Maybe it's a competition attitude? Maybe it's a Buddhist devil-may-care attitude? Maybe it's braggard stupidity? Maybe it's classic "Look, I have money, let me impress my peers" stupidity (lots of that in the West as well). Maybe all of the above, or any other suggestions you want to throw in.
All bets are off if they are on a company expense account, though.
