Thanks for the tip. I checked out your previous posts - thanks. I have been to Orbit on several occassions (love it!). I have not been to any of the other places. I'm not sure if I understand how Piano and the other clubs are different from Orbit, Forte and Club 20 - could you elaborate. I'm going to BKK on 8/30, and am thinking of working one of the clubs with an eye at hooking up with a dancer - guess I should focus my energy on one club - which would you recommend? Cheers!

Maybe you professional Mongers can correct me on this...but, wasn't La Lunar the bar in Soi26 at the "bend" in the road, just past Orbit?
Well, I went by there today, and noticed there is a bar there called Xnergy, or something like that....
Can anyone confirm this ?

It closed and was to reopen as an Orbit-type place, run by some of the same owners. Opening party was Friday last week but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.
My friend who DJ'd there told me that the club room is similar as before but redecorated. And the room with the bar has been revamped and girls circulate round, dispensing drinks.
Will be sure to check it out soon!

Name is X club (yes, they have a "Xnergy" sign, but that is not the name). Yes, owners are related with Orbit.
And that is why it is not exactly the same concept as Orbit; the dancers only dance to entertain as in a show on stage -not on bar tops and not engaging customers for drinks. However, the place does have PR girls.
