Visited Counter 39 last Friday night with a mate around 12.30. It's easy enough to find. Back from soi 39 in the first sub-soi, left hand side at the end. Get the lift up to the 3rd floor. Very quiet when we arrived. Mainly Japanese guys, almost all the girls had gone.
