I'm 26 but look younger, and I haven't been carded the last couple times I've been to RCA. The girl I was with was carded obviously, but I just got waved in.
Always get carded in Ratchada Soi 4, but never have been carded at Hollywood or Brew Pavillion just up the road. My friend without an ID was able to talk his way in eventually though, at the 2nd club we tried. Smile and be friendly.
Haven't been to Thonglor for a long time, but last time I was in Bombay I was carded.
Khao San will card you for sure given there's so many young farang hanging about, except in one of the smaller places off the main road, that really that aren't that interesting to go to unless you're already with a lot of people.
And like the others said, never carded at Lucifers.

My advice is if you are too young to get in clubs to get freebies you can always hit the massage or karaokes when you are feeling horny.
Or you can hunt for babes in MBK, or Siam, or go to up countries. Its easy to get young freebies at your age especially up countries. The age consent is only 15 in Thailand. So enjoy it.
