Last year, when I went to Forte I drank J&B and the next day I was a dead man by hangover. From this experience, I started to believe that all whiskies in BKK are not real so I asked this question to bring my bottle.
Ok, I talked to my friend to go there and ready to spend 12,000B for drinking Chivas (my friend can drink only 2-3 shots), companying 2 girls for about 2hours? buying LDs, etc.
Do you think 12,000B is enough?

Should be enough, but you're probably not going to have a great time. I mean, the 19 year old starfish dancers dont get me going. Then, your left with the PRs and the 4 waiters that will pour your drink every time you take a sip. Its an annoying place anymore. Check the bill at the end. They do try to pad it often.
It could be me. My ex tgf works there and you know how that goes. Also,it also depends which night you go and when. Stay away from the weekends, and dont go any sooner then 11pm... (unless you like watching a thai show)
I personally would spend my money at Resort. The dancers are much better quality, and energetic. That way you can buy a pr girl a drink every 40 minutes for 270 baht and the dancers are there for eye candy. Remember, both places the dancers require 3 drinks at a time for 300 baht each. 2 dancers showing up for 10 minutes is around 1800 baht. I usually forget about this...

PS. Forte is much less a "thai" place and you arent pressured to spend much money. Resort is near Posidien.

Went to Caribbean for the first time in a couple of months last week. From what I saw it'll be the last time I go there for a while.
Few customers, so-so PRs, and worst of all the dancers were mediocre- the hotties have gone. The dancers I know are almost all on sponsorship deals, but I would have expected fresh talent to replace the turnover. Ah well.
Resort is probably the best option out there of the dancer bars- when I go there I usually hang with the PRs as there's a pretty good selection.
As for bringing bottles in, I'm sure it can be done if one calls their PR in advance but the corkage charge may be as much as buying a bottle in there.

Actually it cost me a bit of money somehow.
I was shagging a cute girl from Caribbean named Fen. Since we only met 3 times (2 in Caribbean) before she slept with me I thought she was pretty cool with it. So that nite I came to caribbean with couple of friends. Didnt see her in the first place and after few minutes I was more busy flirting with my exs and some new dancers. One of the new dancer was really cute and I could see some connections so I push it a bit and start flirting quite hard. few minutes later got a deep nice french kiss and she left to the bathroom. In the meantime Fen came to see me and start cuddling me. Well to keep it short when that other dancer came back she took a glass and smash it on Fen head..... there was quite a lot of blood on my shirt and I was really not confortable with everybody looking at me.... few minutes later the girls left I did the same and decided not to visit the place for a while. I lost a membership as I didnt make it there for 4 months.

And even then, you may not score the top talent there. The name of the game at the G-clubs is : "who has the most disposable income ?" Actually, scoring a girl at G-clubs is sometimes a second thought or a non-event. It's about spending the $$ and watch the girls pleading/playing with you for their LDs and BFs. The power of $$ is what makes these G-clubs work both ways. Amazing Thailand!

I can agree with that. But I have partied there before with friends that don't care how much was spent there. One friend I know has shagged every piece of talent there and I know it's all because he balls like no one else.
You don't always have to drop the cash to tap the ass at the G clubs, but after hanging out with these guys I realize I'm not getting 1/10th the action they are. Knowing this has kinda ruined the whole G club for me cuz I thought there were girls there that were exclusive and elusive. But in the end, it's like almost anywhere else in Thailand. If you got the cash, you can do whatever you want.
