I will do that. I have been to Toxic a few times, but none of the brothers were there when I was there - sort of quiet (I liked the bartender though.) I will have about 10 friends from US with me - should be fun.

I'm in the States at the moment. My General Manager got the letter. Just wanted to confirm. Three days for the elections? Seems a bit much. I bet the bars on Rachada and Silom won't have to close.

Election Day is the weekend of the 22-23. And places will be closed then.

ok, here's the story, AGAIN
upcountry people who registered to vote in BKK will be able to vote this weekend
bars will not be serving alcohol from 18:00 on Friday until midnight on Sunday
the weekend following will be the regular election, where people who didn't register to vote in BKK must go home to do it

Totally untrue. It is up to the night club as to whether they are open or not. I know for a fact that RCA clubs are open. It might just depend on the the relationship they have with the police, but RCA is open for regular business.
