One thing I have noticed about the "hidden" hi-class hi-so prostitution is that often it is not so much about sex, but about power; About the rich poweful guy, going to play cards with his buddies and being able to bring along this very "exclusive" otherwise impossible girl along, just to show that she is "his". Stupidity (and how obvious) by money is relative.
To many the kind of money spent at places like Piano and Exotica would also seem stupid. It depends who you ask. The bus driver will also make the same comment about those who go to Piano and exotica: "Well, since I am not rich and obviously not that stupid to spend 4K a night and since I feel quite happy with the quality of the girls at XYZ..." .....and so we move upwards. The comment stays the same -just the people change.

While hiso's will drop huge cash on social clubs to be in the scene, there are other ways for naughtier entertainment.
About once a month a few of my companies executives and their friends have a little party. They get 1 big ass hotel room and several smaller ones and they stock it with food, booze and girls.
