Hi,
I couldn't make it to Narcissus last night for Tiesto but I'm interested to hear from those who went there and how it was. I agree I can be too crowded then it's no fun at all, last week in RCA I had a likewise experience (Route 66), it was impossible to walk let alone dance or move around.

Well, yes it was busy but honsetly less than the oakenfold one. Not a big Tiesto fan and I thought his set was lacking some vocals but overall a great night like only narcissus know how to do it.
Glad we have such an amazing club in bangkok.
Seems like the clubbing culture is finaly hitting bangkok. Less and less tables in the middle of the dancefloor and a couple of real cubs like astra or the coming time out. I guess MOS was 2 years too early.

I dont really like Oaky, since his songs are very slow these days...but well, its on a sat nite, so the crowd would b good anways..and wanna c' what sort of music is he gonna spin this trip in bkk

I also like Narcissus very much for its classy decoration and Electro music but it is closed for renovation right now (I tried last week).
Reopening is marked for September.

From what I've heard is that its opening on its Anniversary Night.. Sept 23. They are going to have at least 3 different genres of music.
Lets wait and watch what this club will produce.

i went for the pre-opening party at narcissus on their anniversary night.
now there are 2 zones, the 1st zone is a lounge type, where coyote dancers are there.
The 2nd zone which is exactly where they play trance music is not opened, but from what I heard is that they are going to open on the 24th of this month.
went to the lounge zone last week, no people at all, so left.

For a long time I was frequenting Pegasus. This as you know is right next door to Narcisus. Thus, I went in there with friends numerous times. I must tell you, that most of the time the place was not well attended. I am actually being kind, it was more like empty. I found it expensive; but more important, not very exciting. There are many better discos/bars/coyote clubs etc in BKK. I usually go to Spasso in Hyatt or Novotel (basement). I'm sure there are even better places today; but at the end of a days work I would go to the places near my hotel. I'm curious from the Forum. What do you suggest???
