I've been to Piano quite often, but Orbit only once. I thought the girls at Piano were on average more attractive. That maybe just because I've had the chance to see more Piano girls than Orbit girls. The problem I find with Piano is that it's just too popular: it's packed all the time and there's a lot of competition for the more attractive girls (one girl I quite liked was booked up in advance literally every night for the entire month). It's all rather "wun wai".
The other place to consider is Exotica (on Thonglor). This is owned by the same guy that owns Monroe, but it's more upmarket. The interior is very plush and the salespeople take care of you very well. It seems to work out significantly more expensive than Piano; I'm not quite sure why since the per-drink price is not much more. The customers are on average a bit older than Piano/Orbit (mostly thirties upwards, not many twenty somethings) and there's a higher percentage of foreigners than at Orbit (more Asians than farang). The karaoke rooms are amazing (most have en suite bathrooms).
There's also Club Twenty (out on on Ratchada), scene of the Chalerm son shooting. Never been, but I'm told it's the same kind of deal as Orbit and Forte. The people I've talked to say Club Twenty has more attractive dancers and less attractive PRs than Orbit. Apparently the lease will run out in a few months and Club Twenty will be no more.
There's also Onze (on Soi 11) where Global Club used to me. Again, I've never been. Apparently same kind of deal as Piano/Exotica. From what I've heard, lots of Korean customers and gets started late.
There's also Chateau Blanc, next to Piano. I went a couple of times; a bit smaller scale than Piano and Exo.
One problem I find with all these places is that a high percentage of the girls have nose jobs, which I really dislike.
I still enjoy going to Nana. I think Rainbow 1/2 have girls that in terms of just sheer physical attractiveness can match any of the more upscale places. The downside is that they are mostly rather uncouth. I would feel awkward going to a movie or dinner with a Nana girl, whereas some of the Piano/Exo girls are quite presentable and non-slutty. Also these days, I am more interested in having a good time than finding a S/T, L/T and some Nana girls are just not interested unless you are a S/T or L/T prospect.
Then there's Soi 33. The quality seems mostly fairly low these days. However, the Office has several really quite attractive girls.

Tomorrow (Wednesday 26, 2003)...1 year Orbit anniversary. Haven't been there for while already...so don't know what specials they've got arranged for tomorrow nite. Mayb I c one of u guys there.

Don't worry too much about the girls getting around. They're all quite good with their various stories. If you hang around with them after work you'll always hear them getting calls from other 'customers' - about whom they will say they don't like.
I left out a lot of adventures, including some with PR girls.
Bottom line is that I had a lot of fun there but cornered myself with so much focus on one girl. So only options left is to move on to other locales. =)

I think these girls shag customers all the time. There are so many members and so relatively few dancers that there is a LOT of focus on each of them. When I'd head out with the girls they would get phone calls all the time.
Remember that there are a lot of very wealthy Thais going there. Sure, sometimes you'll see 4 or 5 guys sharing one bottle. But many customers are both young and loaded- I saw Snow get a 10k Baht cash tip from a younger Thai guy once.
As for me, I have experience at similar places so know the score- a lot of it is a routine, really. A combination of having a good Thai friend to talk me up (and Thais REALLY know how to pour it on), being able to speak Thai, being flush with cash, treating her friends well, giving her little presents in front of her friends, etc. Overall objective is to make one stand out from the rest and put onesself in a position whereby she wouldn't want to lose you as a customer so will use sex as a hook.
PHIIJAMES- Thanks for the run-down on the various places. I want to try our Exotica soon... As well as head back to Forte, try Piano with a member (cuz when I go there we're usually stuck in the back somewhere with leftover girls), and Monroe which I've still not been to.
As for Nana, the girls look very different in my opinion- a more upcountry look. There are some cute girls around the gogos but the overall package is less appealing to me than the Pianos, Orbits, etc.
DAPRASERT- Did you get their SMS message? I can't go out tonight because I've got a lot of work at the office and can't be running at half speed tomorrow. Besides, the last time I saw a Penthouse show was some sort of bizarre boxing match with foam between 2 chicks who could have been Penthouse models about 10yrs ago and 20lbs lighter. =)

Went to Orbit for their anniversary party last nite.
I arrived at around 10 plus in the evening and they had already closed the entrance to their parking lot in the front. They had cops clear the traffic in front of Orbit the whole nite.
I got there just in time for the Penthouse show, which was not the main reason why I went there in the first place. IMHO the Penthouse shows at Orbit are hideous. Maybe they are better at Pent Cafe (not sure about the name), but here they don't attrack the least of my attention. The place was packed up to the brim, but started to clear up a bit shortly after the Penthouse show.
They also gave away prices for members who have spent the most money at this place since their opening.
Saw a group of foreigners having a blast at the smaller bar. Not sure whether it was Pinga and posse.
All in all it was a fun nite...as usual.

Hi Dr. Prasert. Nop, it wasn't me. I had a meeting at Hi Class MP and then some other stuff to do. By the time I contacted BK it was 23:00 and BK said ORBIT was packed. I was free around 01:00 but no quorum to hit ORBIT and the JediMaster was resting after a heavy session and 7 beers at different places....f_ck! Wish I could have a blast in that smaller bar....next time you will see me with the tuxedo on ha ha ha ha
