at 16 I entered college in Thailand and that was when the parties started, but at the time my disposable income was not enough to really explode on to the scene so to speak :P, at 21 I was in my second year at Michigan State, which was the number 3 party university of the US :D so talk about having a ball but unfortunately again there were financial considerations since Thailand was in the middle of a economic/financial crisis, and since I was there on my Father's account I had to tone it down a notch so finally I reach my present situation.... I am single, I have my own income, so hey I figure PARTY PARTY PARTY before I don't have the chance to !!!!!

I had plenty of energy at that age. 
I was sent to a boarding school when I was 16. A COED boarding school with a girl/guy ratio of 4 to 1. It used to be an all girl school.
Back to the topic: I wish I were back at Club Orbit too. LOL.

sounds like you are all terribly old and ready to get slaughtered immedeately or otherwise sent to get 'prisoned away' by marriage in the next instant.
i bet most of you are still more young than i am. i am 38 now and still do party like i did when i was 16. may be more drinks and girls now as i have more pocket money these days!
only prob is i can not stand the usual bottle of gin anymore as that tends to give me a headache these days!

Who's talkin about Gin man????!!!! These days we have substitutes such as: Tequila, VoBKa, Martinis and then there are all those wonderful cocktails like: Four Hot, Around the World (which I found out last Sat. contains 7 different liquers), Six Shots, Deep Throat (also known as Flaming Dr. Peppers), Knock outs.... should I go on??? My first alcoholic beverage, if I don't count beer, was a gin tonic, I haven't had one of those in years now!!! As for the headache afterwards, well it just comes with the trade, y'know what I mean???? cheers mate

just the opposite for me! i started with sweet stuff like cocktails and martinis, but after being a bartender for a while when i was a student i cannot see and smell this stuff anymore. so i opted for the more pure and classic liver wasters like gin&tonic or whisky&coke. again in thailand the coke is so sweet that i do not like it so what is left is gin or woBKa tonic. name me another tasty none sweet and overcaloried drink and i'll jump on it! well beer, i think we all agree on what to much beer does to farang bodies, so also no option and good wine is not really available in thailand and if so most probably not properly stored and served!

This thread has become a club in itself. It's where the brother's hang out when the real thing is too far away. More economical too as the real thing is 100,000 Baht a year (even without a membership)... if you figure about a 4k check per night and going twice a month. Burn that money brothers!

we have surely got to meet sometime so you can share with me and the "boys" all the different cocktails you know of, right now all we ever have are those I mentioned in my previous post!!

Yeah It does feel like a club doesn't it? Which you are welcome to join :-D and what are you talking about 100K a year my gang has been going there on average 3-4 days a week and the average bill for each can vary anywhere from 1000 THB to 6000 THB so in a year..... I don't even want to think about it!!!!!!
