talked to my sales rep yesterday.
she said they're having a promotion for people choose not to go for THB 20,000 for 12 bottles of the Black Label.
this deal, you also have to pay 20000 baht up front but you'll get 25,000 baht credit. and you can buy whatever you want, at member's discount price, with those 25000 baht credit - any brand of booze for yourself, drinks for PR's and dancers, etc etc etc.
but still, at member's discount price, a bottle of black label will cost around 2700 baht, way more than it should be. people who dont wanna drink the same shit night in and night out will find this deal interesting, i guess.
oh i dont know if you orbit fans out there know this..
Punch, the dancer who's got as much energy as an energizer bunny, got a car accident last monday. but she might be back this weekend..
and nong Di, the bartender-turn-dancer who shakes her ass like there's no tomorrow, got in a fight with a PR named Ping. they both get fired....

Is 'punch' the same girl as 'om sin'? She's the craziest dancer I know there, though can be a bit overbearing at times.
And is that bartender who got fired the really short one? There's a taller former bartender who now works as a PR who always gets drunk and wanders over asking for drinks. Wouldn't mind if she left!!!!
My sales chick got fired from Orbit... She was apparently caught cheating customers somehow. Oops! One of my dancer friends repeatedly told me to keep track of the various drinks and associate them with the dancers' numbers. I suppose there was something to this, but I was always too lazy/drunk to make more than a cursory effort.
Interesting to hear that there are many more farang recently, especially that it's still the low season. Looks like a lot of expats have signed up recently?
I bought a Club 20 membership. Now I gotta find a dancer or two to 'target'... =)
Am in England now... Back in Bangkok this weekend. Won't be too long before I'm back on my usual barstool in Orbit... woohoo!!! =)
