I guess it was really bad timing huh ? 5555 !
Anyway.... went to RCA last nite....and Route66 is packed to the max....
It is really an eye candy as you said coz the girls there are youngish.. and probably more on the thai chinese side.....
They all love to dance and i'm pretty sure 75% of them were high on something....
Yea... Morgan was pretty crowded as well and it was strange that the other bars were relatively empty..

- Fanta, took me years to educate the guy at DF !! - and that was only because he used to take care of me at Bow Gung Pow, and I got him a job at DF, where tips/salary, and TGs phone numbers are all in more abundance. Hollywood no doubt as good, maybe even better, but as I get spoilt at DF, I keep going there. Glad to see some guys checked out RCA, noted the talent around [ although not neccessarily on offer ] and managed to escape unharmed !

Could be an exercise in futility but I'd like a mini-lesson on the nuances of spotting the FL vs. the hi-so girls. People watching has always been a joy but put in a cross cultural LOS context. Well...I'm up to it.

Yeah, no worries, Goober. The timing mentioned, fellas....
Is that it's the end/beginning of the month (and we also went out on a Friday). The boys are leaving this weekend so it was a no choice thing. Anyway, that's when the locals get paid, so if you go out late (and especially on weekends), you're going to find many stockouts and leftovers.
Yeah Goober, me and your buddy "G" went back to Nataree and got sideliners. I was quite satisfied with mine, and your buddy picked a less cute one (that I had been with before), don't know if he enjoyed or not.
The Thais (lower middle class I guess) start to run out of money at the middle of the month (Thai spending habit). Also, if you pick Monday-Thursday go out, you can avoid the crowd of people who work job jobs for a living. So, pick your days, and have a good time. Who wants to go out Monday or Tuesday?

Hey TPE I defenatly think the stage show and dancer/singers are hotter at hollywood, and the band does really tight loso covers. Df is good as well and I ended up there or had to meet people there more often as it was their choice. However I can see with having a trained "number62" DF fever would be my laid back no worries club choice as well; as far as Rachada goes.

agreed, the 1st-2nd of the month, - and maybe 15th-16th, are good times to stay in the farang areas, although without doubt, much more talent out and around everywhere in bangers on a friday. H'student, RCA or Royal City Ave. is just that, at street/avenue turned by a fluke into a Nightspot area, any cabbie will know it, you go down Petchburi rd and do a left turn not far past the amari hotel - probably 60-70bt in a cab from sukhumvit.
