Angel Disco (Nana) girs are good to go for B2,000 LT - and that's at the upper band, so I would say you were more or less in line with what would be considered as "reasonable" (considering the diversity of opinions regarding "reasonable" on this forum). When I was there, I was accompanied by an expat, who was a complete douche bag and told me the going rate was B3,000 LT. I took him seriously and offered a girl B2,500 LT which automatically made me a douche bag, especially as she was most certainly not worth it.
IMO, the girls here are not worth more than B1,500 LT. If she looks above average, B2,000 - max!
CM2, on the other hand, is different, if BTF punters are to be believed. Apparently, the girls are more attractive and deserve the higher going rate. As I have never been there, I cannot shed more light on this, but will definitely check out the place next time I am in town.
Hopefully, others will chime in as well.

Hope I wasn't the douchebag you were referring to. I have paid anywhere from 2000 - 3000 for Nana girls. Found some real gems there too. Always seem to hook up with some friendly expats there too, not a classy place by any means but good times can be had.

Trust me, if you take a girl from CM2 LT without negotiating price, she will expect at least 2,000 bht, but many want more. Nana starts closer to 1,500 LT.
At CM2 the higher prices just a matter of the market being what it is, but I think it is also true that there are more part time FL girls (who have day jobs).
I like both places, but expect to have to work harder at CM2. And there is no parking lot afterwards.

Ah, CM2 ! I was there almost every night back in May. Got to know lots of FL's there. You get a wide range of looks from 5-10s. Prices also reflect the demand/supply of a "true" ( or as close to it as it can) free marketplace. You see a girl quoting 5000 LT (yes, 5000 bahts) but is a 6, of course she will have no taker. But many 8 and 9's are quoting 2500-3500 LT. There maybe 1 or 2 10's there on any given night. And they know it and we know it. They will quote 5000 LT, but hey, it's up to you.

Some of you guys get pissed at guys paying 4 or 5K.
One CM2 girl I know told me how happy she was that some wanker just gave her 2k for talking to her throughout the nite. I think he found some other girl to take home. I guess that was suppose to be some sort of sympathy money. Anyways, she was happy she could go home early.
