I recently started working in Bangkok and so far this board has been THE source of information for me. My turn to provide some info.
Decided to check out Orbit after all the talk on the board. Arrived round 10.30 and the place had maybe 10 customers. Which is a bit bonkers for a pretty big establishment like Orbit. I don’t mind fre customers actually, more choice and less hassle for me. We bought a bottle of Black Label for 3.000. About 5 minutes later the eye candy came out for a little dance on the bar. Of the maybe 40 girls inside (dancers and sideliners) 20 were gorgeous. The rest weren’t too bad either.
As you know, Orbit is closing down at the end of this month for 2 months of redecoration – and that is probably why there were no customers all night. I still have a bottle to finish so I will be back in the weekend. Most likely it will be more busy then. Anyone care to join me?
And who says you can’t score with Orbit girls?

Orbit to close at the end of the month? I thought it was scheduled to close at the end of the year. At least that's what I was told by Lin when I was there two days ago. Can anyone confirm?

I was told January. As was said before they are changing the whole set up. I was told that half of the girls would be kicked to the curb after they open back up. Not sure if they were talking about the dancers, or the drinkee girls.
Orbit has been a good source of p*ssy. Last week my bill was so large it only made sense to spend another $100 for a membership. One way or the other I will get my drinks out of it after they re-open. Unfortunately I can't get back there sooner.

Brothers:
Orbit is closing on Tuesday the 30th of November for 1 or 2 monsth depending on the renovations. They are planning a big party both on this Friday night (26th) and for Monday (29th last night).
I was also originally told the end of the year. I cannot beleive they want to give up the month of December and more importantly New Year's Eve. More tourists than ever.
Currently I am in the States and will return on Sunday night. I am planning on blowing out Orbit on Monday night as I have quite a few bottles left and probably will not return if the finished product is what I think it is going to be.
Let me know who can go on Monday via PM otherwise blow it out this weekend and have fun. Sing catch up with me.

I was told they were going towards the KTV offering particularly since they feel one of the new owners has an in with all Japanese businessmen in Thailand. Who the fvck knows.
