Thought I would start a thread on this new bar. It is at the very end of Soi 18 in the same building as Town Lodge Hotel.
It opened recently and last night was the first night they had hostesses for the first time. Some quite cute.  One I recognized after racking my brain (where do I know her?), I had been with her two years ago!
I'm not a "club" guy so I might not be the best to give it a review, not much for me to compare to from my personal experiences.
Anyway, it might be best to post your experiences in this thread rather than the Town Lodge thread. And maybe the owners can contribute info here re: hours, drink pricing, etc.

Not a bad bar at all. I am not this bar type person, prefer the gogo bars, but this is a bit different, you will not get the hoodlum shit and scumbags in there and from what I have seen, it is a nice place where you can take a lady.
I like it, has a nice comfortable feeling to it where you can relax. The drinks are a little bit pricey but this is an upmarket bar so just gotta pay the little bit extra if you want the quality bar. Perhaps the music man can play a little bit of middle of the road stuff, little bit of disco, little bit of Credence, Stones, Eagles, INXS, Shania Twain, just now and then. It will help the ladies fit into the groove and loosen them up a bit, IMHO.
One night there were a few members present, Wowser34, RTB, Old Army, Max Naut, Abrak, PJ, and a few others I have missed, sorry about that. The owners put on some very delicious food and some great looking girls were there as well. Those gogo dancers, where do they find the energy to keep jiving away.
I enjoyed the night but I am going to make application to join the Chinese Swimming Team, she was hot, Miss girl in white.

Good strong drinks: the Sapphire & tonics were fine. But someone please remind me that I can't distinguish good booze from mediocre booze after I've had more than half a dozen!
Not many female staff yet but it seems that hiring standards are kept very high. Really liked the former Mystique girl.
Nice jacuzzi room upstairs.

Had High Hopes for this joint as my taxi pulled into the corner of Soi 18. It had a sort of underground edge as I entered the place which is always cool.
My disappointment started when I entered the gaff however. Deco was ok but the only girl in there was talking to my friend. She was amiable enough but I think if u are going to have a hostess type club u got to have some ladies. If I want to talk to my mate I can do that at the Irish X Change. On the plus Champers was reasonable priced even if they didnt have any in stock. I was told it was going to get better and there was going to be a party in the future but no date was give. I wont hold my breath....

Seriously, there may be a market for short-time use of the jacuzzi rooms during non-club hours. This occurred to me as I was whiling away part of my Saturday afternoon a few days ago, enjoying a Cuban cigar and 7-year-old Havana Club at the small bar in the lobby of the Star Inn on Soi 7/1. Many of you probably know of this hotel as the place where Eden's girls take their customers. What surprised me was the number of non-Eden couples that walked in requesting a room for an hour (300B) or two (500B). Perhaps proximity to the Soi 7 Beer Garden helps.

also there is lots of parking. if you drive into soi 20 up to Koh Nor thai restaurant (where Talisman used to be) then turn right into a gravel track, you will find our back entrance.
for those who come by taxi into Sukhumvit Soi 18 just tell them "sut soi" that should work.
TOXIC opens at 6 pm and closes 2 am.
