EXCEPT, one time I ended up in the upstairs area with some thai and farang friends, and some thai strangers that we shared drinks with and talked about our respective jewelry (not me, my female friends). eventually, a tough, suave looking thai guy, one of several oddly hovering around, came to us and told my thai friend: "You know that you are talking with a princess, right?
