One of the things that surprised me about CM was the way my TGF (Isaan) and I were treated up there. Very different than in BKK and Phuket. In BKK and Phuket we get the usual "you're hanging with a lo-so BG" treatment, though she dresses nothing like a BG, just the usual class bullshit that is so much a part of the lifestyle here.
Perhaps because the P4P thing seems more underground in CM (feels more Chinese to me), what happens on the street up there is different with us. We didn't get the "lo-so whore" crap, and were treated very politely everywhere. They assumed she was my wife and treated her as such. So she really had a good time shopping for bargains and flaunting the latest "Lanna fashions." It was a fun break for her from the usual Isaan sterotyping, and allowed her to do what she does best, lol, as she told me so many times, "Bangkok ladee haff to shop!"
Of course, when I'm running solo up there, I'd have to agree with the other comments here. Last time, was there with my partner in crime on the usual monkey business, and after a couple of lackluster P4P days, we decided to save our money for BKK.

Definately right about meeting a CM girl in BKK. Was at the slow beer bars on Soi 1 and this exceptional beauty came up to me and stated she was a hairdresser in Chang Mai. We seem to hit it off. It was afternoon and I wanted to have fun at NEP that night. Well I BF'd and thought she might be a starfish. I guess sometimes you put up with a SF because of the beauty factor. Not necessarily missing Miss Red. You know I was with a business group and really needed to shoot them on the sly. When I got the opportunity, Miss Red was the only one out there (not that I am complaining) whilst other girls had gone inside the show room with various groups.

Chiang Mai is great for the P4P. Yeah, it's no Pattaya but that's not a bad thing.
I had a great time with a girl called Par from bob's bar near the Peak climbing mountain. A great shag and a wicked bbbj. If anyone else has sampled her delights let me know.
If you want a more relaxed aproach then give CM a try. IMHO they are better shags than the girls from Bangkok and Pattaya.
