I have always stayed at Chaweng... but this time look for a change of scenery & ladies.
Can anyone help with a hotel that meets the following:
- on Lamai beach
- not too far to walk from beer bars / bauhaus
- nice pool
- TG friendly
- 2,000 to 3,000B

Pavilion resort is very good, not sure about the rates though, maybe 4000 ish.
This trip I stayed Marina resort and I will stay there again when in Lamai. about 1200 high season.

Unfortunately Pavillion is booked out in mid June when I will be in Lamai : (
I had a look at lamaiwanta - call me soft if you want but was looking for something a littel more luxurious.
Is it safe to assume that all the hotels near the action in Lamai are TG friendly?

I was on Samui in Lamai last year and had a great time at Sand and Sea resort. Nice people, small and quiet, close to main area. Beach bungalows for good price....check it out. I will be there next month

Ninja Crepe (the restaurant) and Ninja Place (Hotel) is a very recommandable place in Lamai. Staff friendly, GGF and good kitchen. My favourite place in Lamai Beach

I stayed in Lamai Wanta last year. Quite new, clean and good, centrally located.
I can confirm that it is guest friendly.
