There are lots of safe areas in Columbia, and some that are just as good as shooting yourself. Talk about some super hot babes, wow, yep Columbia has some great blonds.

I met a very nice blonde Brasileira in the Help Discoteca in Rio de Janeiro.
Not all are natural of course, but some inherited the blonde gene from their German ancestors.
And just like there are some Portuguese blondes, so too in Portuguese speaking Brasil. Most of these are the darker color of blonde.
As for safety, I did get held up by a local with a knife on Copacabana beach. I foolishly decided to take an early morning walk while the hotel got a room ready. But a bystander saw the situation and started yelling "Policia". And besides, it looked more like a butter knife.
Stay in the 3-4 block range from Copacabana and Ipanema beaches and it is pretty safe.
And Barbarella is an upscale go-go bar type of place where the girls dance on a stage - fully dressed. Some very nice looking girls here.

Bom dia! Rio, a beautiful city with beautiful women.
GoGo bars in Rio just like Thailand, you can take girls out and back to your hotel. Remember a well-stacked blonde that f***ed like an animal. Staff didn't complain at Mar Ipanema Hotel. Don't recall paying a bar fine, just 150 real for the girl.
Tons of Freelancers available at Help Disco on Avenue Atlantica, also took girls off the street to short time hotel for 50 real.
This was awhile ago, prices meaningless with 300% inflation.
Used to get some hot Polish blondes in Amsterdam windows until the Dutch authorities cracked down (most were there illegally). 50 euros for 20 minutes, and work fast because the meter's running.
