Betel-nut beauties and drive-thru sex

TAIPEI : Taiwan police have stepped up inspection of roadside betel nut stalls as some betel nut sales girls are providing “drivethrough”sex service to customers,Taiwan television reported yesterday.
Police have increased patrols on the No 19 Highway in Taiwan County, Southern Taiwan, after some betel nut sellers launched “drive through” service to passing car drivers, several cable TV channels reported.
According to the reports,when a car pulls up and the driver lowers the window, a betel nut girl would run up, push her upper body through the window, hand over a packet of betel nuts while allowing the car driver to fondle her breasts.
For a higher fee, the betel nut girl, nicknamed betel nut beauty, would jump into the front seat and perform oral sex on the driver.
“We have stepped up patrols on No 19 highway to crack down on prostitution.We now demand to check the ID card of every betel nut seller to make sure it is a proper business, not a front for selling sex,” a policeman said on ETTV.
Like smoking cigarette, many Taiwan farmers, workers and car drivers like to chew betel nut to stay awake.
The demand is so high that betel nut stalls line Taiwan highways and operate around the clock.
But while most betel nut stalls sell betel nuts, some scantily-dressed betel nut girls sit on high chairs in glass booths to lure customers.

If anyone is familiar with the BO Ai road area of downtown Taipei, I'd appreciate some help. There is a massage parlour on Hankou street (perpendicular to Bo Ai), which struck me a little different than the usual ones. As I was walking past it, going to buy my favourite camera (Bo Ai is DSLR camera heaven), this mamasan-looking lady opens the door of that massage place and kinda invites me in.
I was caught off guard (uisually proper massage places do not do this here, and nbeither, I believe, naughty ones), so I politely smiled a negative answer toward her and went on.
After I finished my business in that area, I decided to go check the place out, from the outside--because I was carrying shopping bags and had to meet someone later that day. So, I walked by again and, sure enough, another lady (again, probably around late forties to early fifties) invited me in for massage). I asked her if her establishment had a business card because I would be returning later in the week but she said no.
I never saw any girls on that part of the shop but I get the feeling it is a p4p kind of place. I'll try it next time and let you guys know. Unless someone already knows about it?
The reason I am writing about this is because usually these places are closed to foreigners or at least indifferent. I mean, there is a high class place on the roundabout of Ren Ai road (near Chung San hospital) and a Swinie or Sweenie's massage place near where I live, and I know for a fact these are p4p places, but definitely not for the non-local customer (not to mention all the "barber shops" with curtain-covered windows). So how come the manager ladies invited me in at Hankou street?
Of course, one explanation might be that the massage parlour might actually be...a massage parlour. A non-p4p one (after all, why would there be a p4p on Hankou street, at the cenre of a photography and musical equipment market area?).
Probably. Who knows? I'll check it out and will report on it soon. Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this, or about the Sweenie's massage parlour chain, I would appreciate the information.
