Actually unless you are Japanese, of Japanese ancestry, or speak Japanese fluently, your best bet of landing a Japanese bird is picking one up in a bar. Most the massage and blow job bars that cater to Westerners or other non-Japanese tend to have Chinese or some Thai ladies working. There are some exceptions but even most of those will be hard plays unless you at least have someone with you that is fairly fluent in Japanese.
A couple of exceptions to the above that I can think of are Club Boo (I am certain they have a web site), and another place that goes by the name 10,000 Yen or something along those lines (they also have a web site).

Of the above listed I have only used Club Boo (at least five years ago Shower/massage/BJ), and Asian Mystique (at least three years ago Shower/ massage/ FS) why not more recently. I moved to Thailand and never looked back.
The only thing I can think of that might be better in Japan than in Thailand is the SnM scene and I dont care for that scene.
