ok, just got back home from a few days of meetings....... took the wife as she doesn't trust me anywhere alone, really can't blame her.

Isn't that putting your wife down a bit, or am I missing something ? it's not the eating establishments, it's the business part of it. I am in finance and this type of meeting would have peft her in a bad position of sitting there really with no idea what was being said, and then if asked questions by the people I was with would have shown not only the language barrier but also her level of education.
