Today is Oaks Day, it's the day the hometown people go to the track. Tomorrow, Derby Day is for the wackos and drunks.

I've been watching WAVE3TV's live Derby Day coverage from the track since early thing morning. Every so often you hear Barbaro this, Barbaro that, Little Bro to Barbaro yata yata yata. They just finished a 20 minute Barbaro special ceramony at the track, everyone was crying, big ole tears were streaming when some dude jumps up and screams, Let the Friggin Horse Die !
The police couldn't get to him quick enough, he's in the tracks emergency room receiving expert care. They say removing the umbrella from his ass shouldn't be that difficult, once they get it closed 
You might as well get used to Barbaro news, the media isn't going to let him go away for quite a while
