Hey guys, what leads can you give me for Taipei? Is there an equivalent to HK141.com for Taipei? I'm there next month for a long weekend and would like to tag some freelancers - not RPC girls! -and explore the massage/sauna scene.
Anyone been to the Cosmo world sauna in the old Holiday Inn, I heard it was good.

I had a lot of trouble finding places for p4p in Taipei for what I thought was a reasonable price. I can tell you that I had no luck in the famous Snake Alley (the best I could find was a girl who would jerk me off). They have barber shops with very old ladies ( I think this is because they stopped granting licenses long ago).
I would also avoid the Combat Zone-"hostesses" try to convince you to buy overpriced drinks but have no intention of providing p4p
I heard the Hilton Sheraton (nicknamed Lai Lai in Taiwan) has p4p.
I had more luck San chung and Cheelung. A couple of bars near the train station in Cheelung, have what I believe are freelancers there. The also have an area with girls on display.
San Chung is a suburb of Taipei and has massage parlors with girls, but they might be coerced to be there-this is a deal breaker for me if I suspect the woman is being somehow forced.

(1) Outcall.- Yuki's
As stated in other posts, the outcall phone numbers are posted in the back pages of the English language newspapers: The Taipei Times or the China Post. The best place to get a copy is one of the 7-Elevens around every corner. The phone numbers are toward the back at the paper in the classifieds. There are usually 6-8 different phone numbers, all of which offer call out "Special Massage" or something similar.
When you call, you just need to tell them that you would like a "Girl" or an "Escort" and mention that you want FS. There are no pretenses here, so don’t be too worried. I’ve found they will never quote you a rate immediately, but ask you what you think the rate should be. The going rate is always NT3000 for basic FS with a typically non-Chinese provider. You may need to go up a little if you want something special but I don’t think you should ever pay more than NT4000.
They will ask for your name, hotel, and room number. You will need to provide a real name since they will check this at the front desk. Try to be as specific as you can with the type of girl you want, but don’t be surprised if any adjective you give them is stretched: for example "young" can mean mid-30’s. The person on the phone will have very little information about what the girl will be willing to do or not, so this will be hit and miss.
The girl will typically arrive in 20-30 min. When she arrives you have the option to send her back. After acceptance, she will make a call to confirm and will immediately request that you pay up-front. I suggest that if you are dealing with someone new, tell them that you will pay half up front and half at the end. This will require a phone call back to Yuki, but if you are firm they will agree.
As other’s have stated, the service can be inconsistent. The girls are typically 6-8, and appear to be in their early to mid-30’s, but this can vary. Most of them speak enough broken English to be sufficient (how much do you need? ). Typical service is covered FS and BBBJ, but don’t expect a real GFE from most providers. Most providers frown upon DFK and some can be very mechanical. I believe most will accept DATY but this is something that I’ve steered clear from myself due to concerns with STDs.
As noted in another recent post, they always set their phone alarm for 40 minutes. I’ve had the best luck in trying out a number of different providers and sticking with someone who you like (as with everything else in life.)
I always insist on showers before and after and the providers seem to open to this. I’ve found this is to be one of the best parts of the experience.
I have very little complaints about this service other than it may take you a few tries to find a provider who will meet your needs.
(2) Caesar’s Sauna
Their phone number is (02) 2712-9999. You may need to request someone who speaks English. Just say "Special Massage today? ".
The experience was very consistent with what others have posted. 7-8 girl, nice back massage, warm tea AR (which is absolutely wonderful), followed by CG and mish. They have strict time limits (1 hour I believe) and will stop and ask for more money if you don’t finish up in time.
Total is the same as other have said: NT4300 = NT4200 for massage plus NT100 for shoeshine. My shoes did come out nice.
By the way, the Asiaworld shopping center, where this place is located is a nice, normal shopping mall. There is a food court in the basement and lots of shopping if you feel so inclined before or after. The mall shuts down, like most malls, around 10pm but I believe you can get to Caesar’s 24 hours via the elevator.
(3) Tokyo Sauna
It took me a while to find the place. It’s a long 3-block walk from the Shuanglian train station. The place is on the north side of the street just before you reach Xinsheng Road. It’s a big building with double doors and a doorman out front. Of course, everything is in Mandarin but there is a big white sign near the street with the word "Sauna".
The overall experience was quite similar to Caesar’s. The layout of the sauna is different. Caesar’s had everything except the "special rooms" on one big floor, so it’s pretty easy to find your way around. Tokyo is split over three floors. It’s a little more confusing. The locker room is on the main floor, the sauna/pool/showers are below, and the relaxation room is above.
Price was identical to Caesar’s – NT4300. I went in with my tennis shoes and was surprised to see that when I left they were pearly white. I chuckled about this when I left.
Generally, I didn’t see any reason to prefer Tokyo over Caesar’s. Maybe I was overcharged, others have mentioned lower prices. For the same price, Caesar’s is cleaner and the location is better.
(4) Star of Light Massage
After I finished up at Tokyo, I had read a recent post about Star of Light Massage a few blocks down, on Changchun Road between Linsen and Xinsheng. I was in the mood for a good neck massage so walked down Linsen.
Although they have a big sign on the building, you cannot see it unless you are on the opposite side of the street (they are on the south side). The block of Changchun road seems to be a good place to go for regular massage. I counted 4-5 different massage places, many of them focusing on foot or head/neck massage.
Star of Light clearly stands out since they have a host of very hot girls standing out front in short dresses and high heels. I went in and was told that it would be NT2400 for 2-hour full body massage. I know that this was vegetarian going in so I wasn’t expecting anything other than a relaxing neck and back massage.
You enter a small dark room with a big TV screen and a recliner. The girl enters and provides you with drinks if you like and some nice warm towels. The setup is clearly geared toward nothing "special" – the girls dresses, though small and tight, are not intended to come off, the recliner is set for only one person, and they throw a big blanket around your mid-section when the massage starts (the message here is not subtle at all).
All in all it was a very good massage and I really enjoyed the scenery. At various points during the massage, a few of the other hot girls entered the room and asked if I wanted two girls. This was clearly a sales ploy. I couldn’t see any real value in doing a two-girl massage without anything "special". I’d steer clear of this.
