Actually, if you have a regular schedule that you can keep, to be alone for a certain time of the day, like allocate a few hours for the gym and personal "work". That will give you time to play at the massage shops, and even get a shower to clean up all the evidence (and you can say that you showered in the gym). 
1. A regular massage place in BKK that offers a really good massage, price I am ok 1000-3000 for about 2 hours would be nice. No happy ending needed. May just opt to do it at a hotel, but they can be much more pricey.

When I'm visiting BKK, I normally stay at Soi 11/1, and there are some massage shops there that offer decent Thai massage. I normally get oil massage, and I normally pick the best looking ones or the cutest one I can find at that time of the night. I like a good massage after all that drinking. They normally send the girl up to my room as the hotel is just next door.
As for food near Club 1o2, just go the Emporium's food court. You can fill yourself up for under 500B. There's also the newer Emquartier opposite Emporium, where you can get a wide variety of restaurants in the Helix area. https://www.emquartier.co.th/dining
Yeah BKK may have bad traffic, but it has the BTS and the MRT and with a bit of walking, you can get to many places, easily and quickly.

Thornny, I don't cheat on my wife, but I have enough friends that visit from the States that I keep up on what is going on, and Soi Cowboy is a great place to celebrate SongKran.
Good regular Thai massage runs about bt400-bt500 for 2 hours. The best, and more expensive, but still cheaper than what you listed, is at the Wat Pho massage school, inside the wat pho grounds. It has been in operation for over 400 years.
The other good ones are the blind massueses in the Ekamai area, close to the BTS.
Food is everywhere, from bt40 to over bt5000, it just depends on what you want, if you have someone with you, and what time it is.
If you want to impress a girl, and spend at the top end of your budget then a good place is the MahaNaga on the right down Sukhumvit soi 27 about 20meters. It has an impressive courtyard garden setting, with live jazz, and is only open for dinner.
If you want an old standby, then the Love Scene a few doors down toward sukhumvit on the soi 23 side from Soi Cowboy. Look above the narrow door to see the small sign, then go through to the back.
McDonalds on Sukhumvit soi 17 is open all night. On lower sukhumvit below Asok are the after midnight, until about 5am hot pot street food vendors. It is good food, and you have the bonus of all the late night freelancers and afterhours gogo dancers walking by.
This is where freelancing gets cheap, but you have to know the game. It was my favorite place to play when I was still mongoring. Every few years I still visit a good friend that owned one of the food spaces, and also ran the flower ladies.
Her daughter runs it now, but mom comes down about three times a week because she can't sleep. After working those hours for 17 years, and owning a bar in soi 24 for 7 years, she is a night person...lolol. One night sitting there I actually saw an elephant get drug tested, true. Lower sukhumvit after 1am gets to be a very colorful place.
If you go to HuaHin it is best to take a girl with you. It is pretty laid back, with just a short stretch of bars where you might find someone you like selling themselves.
It is a very good place to relax though. I was there last April for Songkran. It also was the last King's summer palace place so it was pretty subdued for entertainment.

Is this food court good? I have been to many food courts in Bangkok and all of them except for Terminal 21 sucked.
I find the BTS and MRT system in Bangkok to be, how do I say it nicely.. WEIRD! What's with the transfer station that you have to walk down to street level and then walk back up about 10 minutes later? They couldn't connect them? Anyway... Yes, it's fairly convenient if you don't have any medical issues that you cannot walk up stairs. Reminds me of Paris a bit.. But yes, it is convenient. I used it all the time before and will use it again this time.
Well, I didn't really start f***ing around until after I was married for like 5 or more years, I was not getting enough, often enough, and was getting tired of the same person.. And now I can't stop. Although I don't do it often. But when I travel alone, surely I will try to get my fill.

As for impressing a girl, being I am not going to be there for a lot of time, I think I don't need to worry about this, I'm just looking for someone for me, that is clean. I got sick one year in Phuket, I think it was some unclean fish, it took me out for a week. Thus, I won't eat at street side food vendors, call it a weak digestive system, I won' chance it. I know food is everywhere. I won't eat McDonalds either.
As for HuaHin, glad to hear it is a good place to relax, that is what I may just want instead of hiking my butt off in Nepal. The unfortuante thing is that with only 1-2 days in Bangkok finding someone I can trust to take with me is not easy. I may have to call that girl up in Chiang Rai afterall.... hmmm... or I just go without for a few days until I come back to BKK.. I did hear some freelancers stand outside hotels asking around 1000B, but I know I have to be careful.

That's why oilies are best, you can sneak in quickly (hopefully you not spotted by a friend), and do your deed in private. There's also the soapy, and if you see your friend in that area, then invite him to join you. haha

The one bar I like on Sukhumvit soi 4, is Morning 2 Night. They open at about 9am or so, if you want an early beer (or continue drinking from the night before, haha, I know friends who can drink for almost 24 hours), that's a good place to start. You can barfine the girls for a quick shag upstairs in the short time rooms (300B/hr), and you can access it via the back exit, so no one from the street can see you going out with a girl. 
If you're still too young to retire, you can easily get apply for an education visa. Go enrol for a Thai language course at most schools and they will help you get the Ed visa. In fact, this a good way to "try out" LOS for a year or so.
I'm afraid, I don't have any info on Hua Hin. I was there once for a night, with an American girl, I was just accompanying her, since I had nothing better to do.

bkkz, well for now I won't be moving there for sure, but in the future who knows. I am too young to retire and I don't need a student visa, I am too busy with my normal work to study. I'm actually fine where I am. But for retirement could be an option, though at that time sex may not be as desireable. hahaha.
I believe I will find something in Hua Hin, may just have to search a bit harder.
