Nope, but available from a guy wearing a raincoat. Newsweek is okay but not the terrible boys from Time who apparantly insulted someone high up a while back. The ban comes and goes. But presently blocked. Yes BK, and you can add the BBC, and a whole pile of recent blocks on Porn sites in a recent crackdown. You might want to consider that BK, depending on the nature of your sight. And in addition there are masses of 'searchers' who view emails and SMS messages. When there is an 'event' like Apec, all is available, so it looks like freedom, but then when the performing ponies go home, it's the same ol' sh_t.

I live in S Korea and they blocked about 40 large blog and typepad sites.

Sad fact is that most of the technology for the restricted internet use comes from....USA companies. And Cos. like yahoo and google have joined in the restrictive process just for greater access in China. Freedom is for sale.
