I'm not that physically attractive, but I'm also not ugly
I've lost weight after doing P4P and switching to GIKs, and later to a single TGF, so a little better lookin' than some remember me, LOL
the language skills help immensely when it comes to picking up GIKs, and you also need the balls to just go up and start talking to hot chicks for no apparent reason other than to get to know them
yeah, I know, sounds easy, but plenty of guys who speak Thai are embarassed of their sound/accent, and thus are afraid to approach fems with it
funny thing is, most chicks (TGs) don't really care if you speak like Bob Goldthwait as long as they can understand you and you pick up the tab for dinner, the movie, etc.

From a male perspective there are 2 things to differentiate...
(1) There is the physical urge to have a shag....
(2)...and there is also the game aspect of winning a woman.
Now if you go P4P there is no game aspect. Yeah you can fool yourself that you have actually 'caught' the girl or that she 'really wanted you' but it is hardly satisfactory.
Even the 'gik' aspect of the game is hardly much of a challenge. Take pretty much any Thai girl out for a decent meal and a few drinks and she will be in your bed within a couple of hours - gee why the f*** do you think she is going out with you in the first place?
Occasionally, in order to spice up the game aspect, I have speifically hit on girls who already have a boyfriend - seems to add a little spice to the chase.
Essentially it is all well and good having pussy on tap in Thailand - noone is complaining but, I guess, one does miss the thrill of the chase, the cut and thrust of competition.... occasionally.... only very occasionally...

Great story... reminds me a bit of the Tucker Max website.
The greatest artist I saw in Thailand was an American guy I knew for a while. He was in his late 20s, not very handsome but presentable and (perhaps importantly) he was from NYC.
Now yeah this is Thailand and girls are everywhere but there's always an echelon of girls who are difficult to approach.
An example was one night at Q Bar when the place had just opened and wasn't yet on the BG radar. We were in line to get in and there was a group of girls in front of us, one of which was very very cute. The issue was she was quiet, shy, and seemingly not into being out at all.
No sooner did I acknowledge how cute she was and my friend was already trying to talk with her. Body language was in total 'dont talk to me, farang' mode and the first thing she said to him was she was waiting for her boyfriend. A rejection if I ever heard it!
But he kept going... and got her email address... and later met up with her for dinner a few times... and shagged her.
Was the same whenever we'd go out... Was amazing the things he could get away with. He would wind up with a friend of ours double-teaming a gal in a short-time hotel who I would have assumed was a housewife out for an evening on the town. WTF!!!
His tactics were:
- he didn't drink alcohol at all as he said it threw him off his game
- he would never go to a place more than 90min before closing (as girls drunk, he'd be fresh, and they wouldn't have noticed him before)
- he was totally fearless as far as rejection is concerned
- he was persistent... even if a girl gave him bad vibes at first he'd keep going
- he was very talkative, positive, smiling, and could keep the 'party' atmosphere going and going and going

Great story. I have a friend who lands about the same about of ass but he has a totally different approach. He says he is like the lion on the savannah, he always looks for the weak one in the herd and every herd has a week one. I have still not passed the fledgeling stage of the fear of getting shot down.

Reminds me of my once close friend here in oz, I certainly wouldn't want to look like him, very unproportional body, with a nose to boot, but boy did he have the gift of the gab. Even when it looked the fish was about to fall of the hook, he'd some how save the day and reel it in. Me and a few of my other friends who all hung out in the same group would be amazed at how he managed to pick these girls up.
Quite a few years had passed and I ran into him on the street near my gym one day, we started chatting & out came the stories of this girl & that girl, mind you he was also a great story teller & bullshit artist in the one hit. As we are talking I stop this fine looking woman from a distance walking towards us. A make a comment at how nice she looks, and he confidently replies that he's fcuking her. He we go I thought, and I was expecting her to just pass on by, but as she approach, she walks up to him and plants a great big kiss on him.
I just shake my head, but kudos to him. He's not shy & somehow has a pretty good comeback whatever the situation calls for. Very confident man, at the same time always good for a laugh.
