i've heard that there are showers before immagration in the terminals if your a gold card holder,

has anyone used these facillities, as I only have 2.5 hours and want to freshen up before next flight.

normally stay a night in BKK on the way in and out but now just on leaving is enough.

Showers are available also after the immigration, run by Luis Tavern....380 baht for a nice shower (they provide everything) before the flight
