I hate to be the one to have to tell you the facts. But there is an expiry. Rubber degrades over time. That is a fact of the chemistry. The automotive OEM that I work for, has a 6 year expiration on tires. It doesnt matter if the vehicle has been garaged the entire time. We recommend 6 year life. Even with that, 2 years seems awfully short. I dont know where these specific tires were made. Are they OEM? Most of our tires are made in Thailand (or Philippines or Malaysia). And we recommend 6 years.

You arent listening. The problem is not in using Thai condoms. ALL rubber degrades over time. The problem is in keeping those condoms for too long. Use those condoms now!

I don't actually know what OEM is ! All I know is they're Bridgestones Turanza's, on a Honda, but I just brought 2 new ones 10 months ago ! Should we be checking manufacture dates on the tyres we get fitted then ? Also I checked for cracks last night and couldn't see any obvious cracking on any of the tyres.
