No point having a nice a nice bar but then fill it with low quality customers.
So I would impose a door policy:-
no flip flops
no chang, leo or other shit beer.
no thai whisky
no soft drinks (unless for mixers). its a bar for chirst sake
no hats, bandanas, turbans or other head gear
no t shirts with 1980's heavy metal bands on them
no t shirts with beer slogans on them
in fact no t shirts full stop
no shorts unless you have got really good legs
no long sleeve shirts that are not tucked in at the waist
in fact...
no rif raf
no wankers

While this may at first appear to exclude Jingjo, and most other Aussies of equal 'quality', upon closer examination this kind of door policy eliminates 85% of participating BTF membership right off the bat.
No RTs there, I guess 
Then, again, with a 'No Jingjos, no Riff raff policy, I'd be a frequent customer.

he was always in nice attire and with proper manners plus a good customer on top of that.
so actually have many other BTF members.

Do I have to spell out the special services - readily availble to both male AND female passengers? Every passenger guaranteed a shot (or two...or three...) at earning their wings. Silver, gold and platinum editions of course.
(Unofficial name is 'Non-Virgin Airlines').
Don't know if the long arm of the law of any country claims to reach that high, but even if it does extend while over the borders of a country, it's a whole new 'ball' game over the sea between the twelve-mile limits.
Add the Toxic Team into the mix and I'm ready to invest.
