For that number of guests and the freedom to really party I would suggest booking a whole floor of Town lodge,, keep the room doors open and everyone has access to several rooms / beds and great Spa's ( Jacuzzi's).
For the right price I'm sure RTB could organise this and offer late night drinks and food for the guests
By the sounds of things I recommend you book 2 nights,, after a night like that the last thing guests want to hear is a phone call saying its check-out time 12 mid-day, they could be still partying.
