I understood first that you wanted to consider an environment and location and activity that would be romantic here in Bangkok and I think the brothers have offered a few good choice alternatives.
However, if you just want to give the girl an enjoyable treat, as I've mentioned before in another thread, the German Beer brewery on Narathiwat Ratchanakarin in Yannawa is a good place that most Thais enjoy. There is good food, good beer, and the stage show is lively and entertaining. If going at the weekend, it is advisable to book and to preserve your booking you have to arrive by 7:30 p.m. Most weekdays, if they are not holidays, it is easy to just walk in and get a table.
