I believe, personally, that the only way for a country like Thailand to prosper, and guarantee the happiness of its people, is through a Monarchy form of government -- it's quite clear that the experiment of Democracy has failed, numerous times.
Then again, this would apply to any and all societies...
Not sure that's ever going to happen, again, in Thailand, but here's hoping for the best, no matter how it turns out.
