You are the boss. You are the money man and that talks in Thailand.
Be the boss, the brother or whoever he is is trying to push in here and take the upper hand. Be firm but a little kind and lock everything valuable away.
Give him a time limit, a short one, like a few hours and maybe a coupla hundred baht, Then tell the guards to let NOBODY in unless you say so.
Have serious words with Angel. She WILL appreciate you being the boss. The leadership role is important in Thai culture. Yours is being thretened and you have to reassert yourself.
Go do it.

Well, guys, thanks for all the advice (and offers to assassinate the guy!).
But all is well and good now. The husband left Monday morning around 9:00 a.m. I told Angel that she must tell him to leave in the morning or I'll do it myself. I speak enough Thai that I could tell him that I didn't want him there and he needs to leave now and go home but I couldn't do it with any level of politeness.
She told him to leave (she was speaking Isan so I don't know exactly what she said) and he up and left. The baby remained. Angel's mother is on the way to Bangkok now to get the baby.
To answer a few questions posted or to comment:
The lease is in Angel's name but I pay the bills.
I've been with Angel for 11 months... yes, it really was her sister (I've met her numerous times before in Isan)... yes, it was really the husband (I've met him before too)... and yes, it's really their baby.
Since I'm paying the bills, as for as I'm concerned it's my apartment, so anything that goes on there is my business.
I was assuming about the Thai customary obligation... guess I was wrong.
My "fear" of Angel as posted in my misadventures at Voodoo was a humorous post. I'm not really scared of her or her cutting my balls off one day.
Anyway, nothing's ever boring in Bangkok so I'll be posting more crazy Thai-related family stuff in the future, no doubt.
