Come on down to Chonburi boy, I'll show you how the laws are treated and how business loans are handled. There's a certain vacant lot that quite a few people have ended up in for not paying their loans. Not to mention the good old pistol whipping while taped to a chair. That usually gets their attention.
You see Sir BB, the law is a relevant thing in most parts of Thailand. I know people paying 200-300% interest on stupid loans they took out because of a bad run of luck at "lummy". I have recieved tv's, motorcycles, vcd & dvd payers as interest payments when they couldn't pay. Feck, now you mention it, half my new home is furnished with interest payments. 5555!
