Apparently, from what I hear, prices in National Parks have recently been revised, for foreigners, with the maximum price limit now being set to 200 Baht. Reasonable, in my opinion.

Actually haven't approached any wildlife parks - except perhaps the Nana Parking lot- for several years. Last time I checked it was also 200THB for foreigners, but only 20 for the locals. Quite a steep difference. Besides I just called the reception and asked them to paint the sky in Orange, than arrange a few naked angels to fly and dance by the balcony. They won't help. Service sucks.

How much does a local make ? Well, most thai I socialize with wouldn't feel any financial strain even if the entrance fee was 2000TBh.
I wouldn't either, but than don't apreciate facing institutional double pricing.
Also I doubt nationals of countries with similar incomes as Thailand would have much chance with the park staff looking for local price on economical grounds.
No biggie though.

I don't care about the price as most of us can pay it but that is not the isue.
The whole system of double pricing should not be allowed.
As somebody already mentioned some people make a lot of money ( also Thai's ) and somebody don't much money ( everybody included even English teachers  )
