What if we just collect, say 10-15000Baht, (I'll drop 1000 in the cookie jar) and have a few thousand playing cards printed, just like the ones for Saddam and his cronies.
We can then ALL distribute them all over LOS. 
Leave them in Taxis, or hand them out to Taxi Drivers/Tuktuk Drivers, Motorbike Drivers, Gogo's, Bar's L'Boy's, BG's, TG's, etc... Everybody, Everyfukingwhere...
